> Welcount (by Welcome Place, formerly Welcome Account) is a French neobank for newcomers: refugees, international workers, students and temp workers get a French IBAN payment account and Visa card activated in 24 hours — no proof of address required, onboarding available in the user's own language. Accounts are opened through partner organizations (employers, staffing agencies, universities, NGOs). Electronic money services are provided under the ACPR-supervised framework via Okali.

The site is bilingual: French (default) and English. All pages are served from https://welcount.com.
